Africa Business Initiative UNION
History
- ABI started its existence as a project in March 2016, in close collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation with the support of a number of Russian companies, the African diplomatic corps and the academic community.
- Registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 13, 2017 in the form of non-profit the Union of Entrepreneurs in representing their interests in Africa "African Business Initiative"
- Development of programmes for the development of entrepreneurial relations between Russia and African countries
- Advice and research in the field of entrepreneurial relations between Russia and African countries

- Negotiating and preparing a roadmap for organizing the training of African students in one of the leading Russian universities at the request of a Russian company

- Organization and holding of the first Russia-Africa round table in the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in June 2016 in conjunction with the Roscongress Foundation with the participation of the President of the Republic of Guinea prof. Alpha Condé
